The Marnix house is a listed building located in the Lange Gasthuisstraat in Antwerp in which a hotel and several offices are housed.
* The hotel section concerns the extension of the luxurious 5 star hotel Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp. The hotel has 108 rooms and suites, extremely sophisticated restaurants, a Conference Center, Spa with swimming pool, wedding location and is a hotspot for celebrations.
* The offices section includes the thorough renovation of the ground floor and 1th floor which mainly houses a notary and law firm.
